3600 Integrated Strategic Marketing
ProAct developed and implemented a complete 3600 integrated parts and service marketing system for Western Star
Trucks dealers called Merlin. The program included a strategic marketing plan for parts and service, complete dealer
graphics and appearance package, store merchandising and plan-o-grams, training, direct mail, telemarketing, quarterly
point-of-sale pieces, and national advertising. In addition, ProAct field teams re-merchandised each Western Star
dealership with permanent visual display elements according to a custom plan-o-gram devised for each store. With
each quarterly product and service promotion, product plan-o-grams were sent to each store along with self-training on
the promoted products and services.
Program also included the Platinum Pentad Parts and Service Management Operations Training and the SuperStars
Dealer Excellence Program.
