In 2006, ProAct and Nissan Diesel Amierca, Inc., agreed that that developing a web-based dealer marketing system for UD TRUCK dealers would result in increased UD TRUCK, parts and service sales. Known as UD.DISPATCH.com, the online dealer marketing system has been successfully implemented for all three dealer business segments - Trucks, Parts and Service.

Through the easy to use and cost-effective system, each dealer can develop a comprehensive database of prospects from an online data pool of over 500,000 businesses ranging from trucking companies, to distributors to landscapers to towing companies. The system allows dealers to segment existing customers from prospects and sort them by vocational groups and industries. Dealers can then develop customized promotional mailers and direct them to each targeted segment.

Results: Increased sales of UD TRUCKS. 100% dealer participation. More effective use of dealer co-op funds.
