Conquest Sales Incentives and Training
With extremely high market share, client needed a strong program for truck and equipment dealers, which would
integrate salesman incentives, sales and product training, and customer incentives and awareness to drive new conquest
business. ProAct developed and implemented Web-based program called “Make Your Best Move” that paid sales
managers and sales people for conquest leads, product demos and sales. Cash rewards were given via a Visa debit card
and a competitive sales environment was created through the use of The Richard Petty Driving Experience as the top
award.
