Web-based Training Clinic Event Management/Purchase Incentives
Through a web-based application and robust call center activities, ProAct vastly improved the GM Parts Powertrain Clinic program. GM dealers can go online to develop their Powertrain (engines and transmissions) training clinics. The application's Market Mapping module allows GM Dealers to completely manage the details of their clinic including searching prospects online to build their list of invitees. Administrators can check status of participation online in real-time through administrative console. Program includes a post-clinic incentive program for attendees.
