Interactive Web-based Variable Digital Publishing/Direct Mail
ProAct revitalized a GM Parts program that had been in decline for many years. Previously called "Movin' Parts,"
ProAct re-badged the program as GM Movin’ Parts Profitmakers. Through a Web-based application built by ProAct,
GM dealers can go online to personalize a bi-monthly parts and service magazine and postcards with multiple
promotional image and text variables of their choosing. Utilizing variable digital printing, magazines and postcards are
produced and then mailed to independent collision and mechanical repair shops.
Results: Increases sales of powertrain, collision and mechanical repair parts, increased direct mail distribution by 300% after first year.
