Brand Image and Graphics Standards
ProAct designed, developed and implemented a national CARSTAR exterior and interior facility identity program for
the over 250 CARSTAR Quality Collision Service shops in the U.S. Program included a Web-based “virtual store”
capability whereby franchisees can submit interior and exterior photos of their store and then view a recommendation
of how their store will appear with the new graphics and permanent visual display elements in place. Prior to this
program, the franchisees had inconsistent national and local identities; they were located in buildings of various sizes,
construction, materials and colors; and no national exterior/interior facility image/identity program existed.
Results: Program implemented for over 200 locations to date. Traffic to the door increase of 30 additional cars a month @
$1,800 per car (25% increase).
